  I am writing this review in response to the quality and caring service I received from Dr. Furgeson and his staff.
  
  Dr. Furgeson was referred to me by a friend who spoke highly of him and his staff.
  
  I was treated with kindness and respect starting with the initial contact when I called to see if I could get in as soon as possible to deal with pain in my mouth. The receptionist was polite, she scheduled an appointment to get me in right away. When I arrived the front desk staff was welcoming and attentive.
  
  I immediately started to relax and feel comfortable when Brenda, Dr Furgeson's assistant took me back to the dental room and asked me questions and took X-rays. She was super conscientious, gentle and thorough. Dr Furgeson took time to explain in detail what was going on. He was kind, listened to me, was not in a hurry. I was able to relax and trust that I was in good and competent hands.
  
  I am really grateful for this experience and appreciative of the exceptional care and attention I received to day. I left feeling a sense of clarity and relief.
